He lacks the ability to speak, instead communicating via screams of emotion. His hyper-violent nature and lack of self control led to the destruction of Earth.

Sensing Goku and Vegeta's energy, Buu next appeared on the Supreme Kai's planet, where the battle to decide the fate of the universe unfolded.

With his power of regeneration and his ability to use Instant Transmission, there is little to stop Buu from rampaging throughout the universe. If left unchecked, Buu will not stop untill all of existence is destroyed.
