A member of Epsilon's Cadre in the Rebellion Army; if Scarface was his right-hand man, Ferham would be his left-hand woman. Unlike most human-style Reploids, Ferham possesses some bird- like qualities, most notably the wings on her back which allow her to take flight, even in harsh conditions.
X and his group of Hunters and Resistance members would encounter Ferham several times in the course of quelling Epsilon's uprising in Giga City. She was brought down when she tried to prevent the Hunters from stopping the launch of a Supra-Force Metal warhead from the Melda Ore Plant that could have turned half the Reploids on the planet Maverick. However, after the Maverick-Hunter-turned-Maverick Colonel Redips revealed himself and his plans, she proved pivotal in X and company's final battle against him, removing one of the Supra-Force Metals that protected "Great Redips" from harm.
After the battle was won, she took the Supra-Force Metal and sacrificed herself so that it couldn't be used in such a way again.

Ferham wielded an electromagnetic whip to dangerous effect in battle, and was capable of hitting a single opponent with precision strikes or using her Bloody Snake attack to damage multiple targets. Her Giga and Tera Blizzard attacks called down a column of aquatic energy upon individual foes, while the Sonic Blizzard could potentially freeze an entire party at once. Her most frequent trick was to activate Crimson Shade, which increased her speed enough for her to strike with her whip multiple times in the blink of an eye.
