His mother was a violinist, so he also learned the instrument from a young age, but after determining he lacked the potential to be an amazing musician, he changed course and followed in the footsteps of his father, instead becoming an instrument dealer and appraiser. He currently performs on the side as a hobby, meeting up with his fellow instrumentalists on a monthly basis.
