He almost won, but regretfully, he lost.
After the match, he could not buy water and he was ashamed when Master Roshi, disguised as Jackie Chun, gave him some advice, and he was able to obtain a large quantity of water. He also participates in the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament, but he is defeated in the preliminaries by Tien. After that, he was killed by Tambourine, who was ordered by King Piccolo to assassinate all the martial artists in the world.
