An archangel created by Lucilius and Lucifer to record the enigmas of the Sky Realm. She respects and admires Lucifer from the bottom of her heart, and spent much time nursing her jealousy of the special treatment Sandalphon received as she watched from a distance.
The Sefer Raziel she holds is a book containing writings on various enigmas found in the Sky Realm, as well as the power, techniques, weapons, and more that are at Raziel's disposal. Raziel is able to draw upon anything in the book at will. In the middle of her journey to find enigmas, Raziel encountered the Phoenix, whom she then began to meet with from time to time. When Raziel found out that Lucifer had succumbed to deep slumber, she fell into a pit of despair, but eventually realized that there was a way for revival with the Phoenix's tear and Lucifer's head.
The Phoenix, however, had originally approached Raziel already knowing this would be her eventual goal, and used Raziel as a pawn to kill the singularity at Port Breeze. Thoroughly deceived, Raziel was left with not even a single tear from the Phoenix. Having decided to start anew, she chooses to let the secret of Lucifer's head rest with Sandalphon and work toward finding another method of revival.

The archangel of enigmas continues her journey across the skies—if not for herself, then for the perfect being who gave her purpose and taught her the meaning of life. Only when they have reunited will she consider her mission complete.
