Known around Hawley as something of a ne’er-do-well, Vinnie is just trying to make the best of his life after having a rough time of it growing up. Regular visits to his GP, Dr Chris, don’t exactly provide him with the help he is looking for, but his gang of friends are on hand to give him the support he needs and are the bedrock to his existence.
