Description [Clear]

On the surface, Sokka appears to be just a sarcastic meat-lover, but there’s a lot more to him. He’s also courageous, resourceful, and loyal. A non-bender who has learned to rely on his ingenuity and wits, Sokka is protective of his friends and loved ones, especially his sister, Katara. Though he’s skeptical of many new things and can get stuck in his ways, he’s open-minded enough to change his views once he realizes they are outdated. Sokka has a vulnerable side, too—he’s a hopeless romantic who’s written a sappy poem or two.
